At GemByte Collection, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• The item received is damaged or defective
• The item received does not match what was ordered
• The order was cancelled before dispatch

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The item has been used, worn, or altered
• The request is made outside the eligible return window
• The customer simply changed their mind after delivery

3. Return Window

Refund or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order, with proof of purchase and photos of the item where applicable.

4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or as store credit, within 5–10 business days.
